National Digital Broadcasting Project: Analog Tv Transition To Myfreeview Digital Tv Broadcast In Sabah

From the successful transition of analog TV broadcasts to myFreeview digital TV broadcasts in Langkawi Island, Kedah on July 21, 2019, for Central and Southern Region on September 30, 2019 and Northern and Eastern Region October 14, 2019, we are pleased to announce the transition of analog TV broadcasts to TV broadcasts myFreeview digital will be implemented in Sabah on October 31, 2019.

The transition involved the coverage of analog TV broadcasts in all parts of Sabah and at the same time marked the end of 56 years of analog TV broadcasts throughout Malaysia and the start of a full digital TV era throughout Malaysia.

People can review their eligibility for free decoders through the following methods:

MYTV website: http://www.mytvbroadcasting.my/B40/;

SMS: Type MYTV <space> DEKODER <space> No. IC and send to 15888; or

Customer Service Center: 1800-18-1088 or 1300-80-6988.
