Introduction
The Sports and Staff Recreation Club of Penampang District Council was formed on 6 April 1989. However it was only officially registered with the Malaysian Registrar of Societies on 30 August 2005. In its early formation, only 31 staff registered as members of the Club, but now it has 180 members. With the full co-operation and understanding within its members, the Club have successfully organized a few activities such as sports, social gathering and welfare especially for the members and staff of the Penampang District Council.
