- » That Our Commitment To You Is To Provide Friendly, Efficient and Trustworthy Services.
- » To attend Public Complaint/Inquiry during office hours and to notify immediately on the progress of the complaint/inquiry.
- » To process and recommend for issuance of trading license within one month - provided all necessary requirements are complied with.
- » To process and approve all application for development plan, building plan, subdivision of land, and building renovation plan within four months provided all comments from technical departments/agencies and the Council are complied with.
- » To issue Certificate of Fitness for occupation within one week upon receiving recommendation for issuance from technical departments and provided all requirements by the Council are fulfilled.
- » To implement the latest refuse collection method and practical at least once a day within township areas, twice a week within housing estate areas, and once a week in rural areas (applicable to areas that have applied for the service).
- » To enforce PGDC By-Laws without fear or favor:-
a.To upgrade/maintain restaurants' sanitation to at least 90%.
b.To maintain drainage cleanliness to at least 80%.
c.To reduce illegal businesses/hawkers to zero percentile.
d.To reduce illegal buildings within the district to 20%.
e.To maintain town/environment beautification to at least 80%.
