1.Assessment Rates can be paid quarterly.
2.Payment can be made by:
- Cash, Postal Money Order, Bank Draft;
- Master Card and MBF "Call or Click & Pay Service"
- Personal Cheque can be accepted subject to issuance of temporary receipt and Official Receipt will be issued upon cheque clearance.
3.Property ID or Land Title No. must be quoted in all payments.
4.All Cheque must be crossed under AC Payee to PENAMPANG DISTRICT COUNCIL
5.The Council must be notified for any changes of correspondence address or change of ownership of property.
6.5% discount will be given to all ratepayers who settle the current year assessment before or by 31st March.
7.2% Interest per annum will be levied for any outstanding assessment.
8.Any ratepayers who fails to settle outstanding assessments within 14 days from the date of receiving Notice of Demand will be prosecuted in accordance with the Local Government Ordinance Part XII Section 90-93.
9.Copy of bill can be obtained from the Billing Section, Ground Floor, Penampang District Council Office during office hours.
10.Any inquiry regarding valuation/property assessment shall be referred to the Valuation Section, Penampang District Council
