This is to inform the public that the Environmental Conservation Department is in the process of reviewing the draft Terms of Reference [“TOR”] of the Special Environmental Impact Assessment (SEIA) report for the proposed Container Port Development, Sapangar Bay, Sabah.

Members of the Public are invited to give their written comments on the draft TOR of the SEIA report from 10 August 2001 to 27 August 2001.
