SPECIAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (SEIA) FOR "THE PROPOSED UPPER PADAS HYDRO ELECTRIC PROJECT BY SABAH ELECTRICITY SDN BHD"
This is to inform the public that the Environment Protection Department is in the process of reviewing the draft Terms of Reference ["TOR"] of the Special Environmental Impact Assessment (SEIA) report for the "The Proposed Upper Padas Hydro Electric Project By Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd".
Members of the Public are invited to give their written comments on the draft TOR of the SEIA report from 15 September 2008 to 07 October 2008.
