Sistem Buku Vot dan Baucer Bersepadu or SISVOT08 has recently been upgraded in order to comply with the circular issued by Treasury Department, PBNS bil. 2/2009 regarding two authorised signatures and two initials in the system. The master file of account codes - votmaster has been updated as at 10/09/2009 and Bank Codes as at 26/10/2009. SISVOT users are advised to update their system accordingly. Should there be any problem, kindly lodge your complaint at 'Aduan Masalah Sisvot'. |

KM ALLOWANCE CLAIM SYSTEM

Sabah State Treasury Department (JBNS) and of Sabah Computer Service Department (JPKN) has launched the KM Allowance Claim System as another new intranet service facility for the government staffs to submit their claim online. At the moment, the system can only be accessed by JBNS and JPKN staffs for system testing. |
ONLINE PAYMENT INQUIRY SYSTEM
Sabah State Treasury Department and Sabah Computer Service Department has launched the new Online Payment Inquiry System as a new facility to make any inquiry of payment made by the State Treasury Department to payee accounts. At the moment, only the state government staffs can use the system to inquire any payment such as their travelling allowance, overtime allowence etc. |
