17/AUGUST/2015 : Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Musa Haji Aman in discussion with Sabah Royal Malaysian Customs Department Director Datuk Dr. Janathan Kandok during a courtesy call at the Chief Minister's official residence in Sri Gaya on Monday. The director called on Musa to invite him to officiate the Royal Malaysian Customs Sports Carnival which will be held here in Kota Kinabalu on the 21st of this month. The event will be held at UMS Sports Complex and will see participation by the department personnels from states all over the nation.

18/AUGUST/2015 : Ketua Menteri Sabah YAB Datuk Seri Panglima Musa Haji Aman menggesa Tekun Nasional untuk menanamkan kesedaran kepada peniaga-peniaga Bumiputera bahawa mereka juga boleh maju dalam bidang perniagaan. Beliau turut menambah bahawa lebih banyak kursus dan seminar perlu diadakan oleh Tekun kerana menerusi seminar dan kursus tersebut, para peniaga Bumiputera boleh didedahkan kepada prospek pengurusan dan pembiayaan perniagaan.

Datuk Seri Panglima Musa Haji Aman berkata demikian ketika dikunjungi oleh enam belas orang ahli Lembaga Pengarah Tekun yang diketuai oleh Pengerusinya Puan Norazita binti Abd Rahman di Pejabat Ketua Menteri semalam. Ketua Menteri Sabah turut memuji usaha dan inisiatif yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Tekun dalam menyediakan ruang dan peluang serta modal perniagaan kepada orang ramai, khususnya peniaga bumiputera di seluruh negara. Di samping menyediakan peluang-peluang pinjaman, Tekun juga telah menunjukkan kecekapan dalam mendapatkan pembayaran semula pinjaman daripada para peniaga.

Musa turut memaklumkan rombongan Tekun Nasional, bahawa Kerajaan Negeri Sabah melalui Kementerian Kewangan juga telah menyediakan pemberian pinjaman perniagaan secara kecil-kecilan kepada para peniaga melalui Yayasan Usaha Maju. Yayasan Usaha Maju telah memberikan pinjaman kepada peniaga-peniaga yang menjalankan perniagaan dalam bidang jahitan, pembuatan kuih-muih dan menjual makanan dan sayur-sayuran.

RCKK Pearl Courtesy Call

28/AUGUST/2015 : The committee members of the Rotary Club of Kota Kinabalu Pearl led by its Charter President, Datuk Adeline Leong paid a courtesy call to Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Musa Haji Aman at his official resident in Sri Gaya on Thursday.

The Rotary Club Of Kota Kinabalu Pearl is the first all women Rotary Club in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Musa commended the initiative on setting up the all women club, adding that it would help assists in meeting one of the objectives, which was to help the development of women and children.

"Your cause is a noble one and I hope RCKK Pearl will uphold Rotary's objective, which is "Service Above Self" through its community service programmes." RCKK Pearl has so far 71 members and its Charter Night will be held on 22 September this year and the Chief Minister is expected to be the Guest of Honour.
