COMPLAINTS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF BPA
The types of complaints that the public
could bring to the Public Complaints Bureau are as follows:.
- Delay in taking administrative actions
- Unfair actions or decisions
- The absence of public services or facilities
- Inefficiency
- Non-compliance with procedure or rules
- Abuse of power
- Misconduct of the civil service
- Non-enforcement of certain laws or regulations
TYPES OF
COMPLAINTS OUTSIDE THE JURISDICTION OF PUBLIC COMPLAINTS BUREAU
The following complaints are outside the
jurisdiction of PCB:
- Government policies
- All matters that are not within the jurisdiction are the following:
- Special Cabinet Committee on Government Administration
- Public Accounts Committee
- Anti-Corruption Agency
- Legal Aid Bureau
- Personal or family problems
- Civil actions
- Complaints against non-governmental bodies or agencies
