Greetings and Welcome to The Sabah State Archives (ANS) government portal, located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. ANS is the first Archives in Malaysia established on 15th July 1946 and third in Southeast Asia after Cambodia (1911) and Vietnam (1945) respectively.

Like any other international archival institutions, ANS endeavours to ensure efficient and economical management of the life-cycle of government records of the State of Sabah and the preservation of records of archival value for current and future use by the government, citizens and others.
